QUINTA DA PORTINHA

The house is located on a 3-hectare property on a slope overlooking the Douro River. It is an agricultural farm of organic production, with vines, fruit trees, backyard with vegetables and aromatic herbs and several garden areas. It also has a forest area overlooking the Douro River.
Guests can pick organic vegetables, aromatic herbs and fruits from the farm. At Quinta da Vinha Nova, Vinho Verde Portinha is produced.
It has a private pool and games room with billiards, table football, darts and various table games. It has Ping Ping on the outside.
It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with living and dining area, with fireplace, kitchen, and two terraces with stunning views over the Douro River. It has central heating and air conditioning. It has a barbecue and several areas for outdoor dining. There is a laundry in an annex to the house with a bathroom
The house is located 1 hour and 20 minutes by train or car from the city of Porto and 30 minutes by car or train from the Douro Vinhateiro Zone, a World Heritage Site, where Port Wine is produced. In the city of Régua, 30 minutes away, you can take boat trips on the Douro.
It is also 1 hour from the city of Guimarães, also a World Heritage Site, the historic city where Portugal was born. 45 minutes away is also the beautiful city of Amarante and the city of Lamego.
