The church's architectural structure, with a nave of a rectangular plan, choir-choir and a slightly narrower chapel, with vaulted ceilings, indicates that we are present in a sixteenth-century church.
The decoration of the altarpieces, pulpit and the roof of the nave are already in the national baroque.
The main altarpiece is highlighted in gilded carving, with the florals and mermaids in the arch above. The throne decorated with several structures of pelican is inserted in a tribune covered by half dome extremely decorated.
The pulpit of quadrangular configuration also has in gilded wood its respective guard and guardian voice.
Highlight also for the ceiling lining decorated with polychrome caskets with frames in gilded carving. The paintings are figurative and are hierarchically ordered. Next to the cross, the apostles are arranged, followed by the mysteries of Christ and the saints. It should also be noted that all the figures on the choir show instruments and musical patterns.
