Address
Casa de Cochêca, 4640-360 Mesquinhata, Baião
House of very old root, measured by the Convent of Salzedas in 1567, located in a small and quiet agricultural valley, near the river Douro. Its present, baroque influence with Nazoni influence, resulted in an elegant main elevation, with enormous and imposing rock of arms, and that incorporates the Chapel dedicated to Our Lady of the Pity.
Casa de Cochêca has other independent accommodation units, old house and country house.
The old cellar has been transformed into a local handicraft shop.
The water mill with its olive oil press is now a bar and convivial space.
It has three double bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, games room, gardens and pool and car park.
