Although all the documents point to the nineteenth century, it is said that the House of the Lavand'eira was property of the Iberian nobility and began to be constructed still during century XVIII.
The certainty is that, in this House, there lived always families of great influence for the parish of Ancede and that with their contribution they stimulated and promoted the economic, social and cultural development of the region. Nowadays, the House of the Lavand'eira conserves the rural charm of other times, allied to the comfort of our days.
The Manor House has eight rooms with private bathroom, flat-screen TV and heating.
A traditional kitchen where on cooler days an old salamander provides the ideal environment for a family breakfast, living and dining rooms and a games room with pool table and table football are still other spaces to know and enjoy.
A chapel of high artistic value is still an integral part of the house.
